HOW TO MAKE FRUITS PUDDING


Ingredients
1.               1 sachet of lychee jelly powder
2.               2 glasses of water
3.               Half a glass of sugar
4.               Food colouring
5.               Nata de coco
6.               A kiwi
7.               An orange
8.               5 grapes
Equipments
1.               Stove
2.               Pan
3.               Spatula
4.               Knife
5.               Pudding mold
6.               Plate
7.               Spoon

Steps
1.               Prepare all ingredients and equipments
2.               Cut kiwi, orange, and grapes into small pieces
3.               Arrange the fruit that has been cut and nata de coco into a pudding mold
4.               Mix well lychee jelly powder with half a glass of sugar into a pan
5.               Pour two glasses of water into the mixture, boil with medium heat and stir it until dissolved about ± 5 minutes
6.               Turn off the flame and divide the mixture into two parts to make two layers
7.               Pour a drop of food colouring in one part of the mixture and stir it throughly
8.               Pour the mixture without colour into a mold
9.               Wait until the mixture slightly hardened
10.           After slightly hardened, pour the mixture with colour into the mold to make second layer
11.           Wait until cold. Fruits pudding ready to be served
Tips
1. The fruits used are fresh fruits more better
2. More delights are served after put in the refrigerator
